Very disappointed in service. We waited almost an hour for our food to show up. We watched tables that came in after us order and get their food (same meals we ordered) and leave...and we sat and waited. Had to ask for bread basket and then it came it was old bread! Filet was overcooked. Server never came and refilled our water, we had to ask another servicer to get it for us. Our elderly male server was horrible. He kept walking by our table and ignored us. He never asked if we wanted a appetizer. He seemed put out when I asked him questions regarding specific dishes on the menu. When he took our order I told him I wanted to order a appetizer before deciding on my meal. He then took my appetizer order and proceeded to take my wife’s dinner order. Food was just ok ..staff kept pushing us out and we were only 2 tables
We are Seven Star Guests with the casino and used celebration dinner tickets. The service was terrible as well as the food. We paid for the meal but honestly the staff should have been attentive and notice that the food was hardly touched and asked if there was an issue. Honesty there is too much to type. If anyone reading this is interested in our experience which I doubt you can reach out. Will never return nor would ever recommend. Absolutely terrible experience. On a positive note the piano player was excellent.
Way overpriced! The shrimp fettuccine was so oily hard to keep on a fork or spoon. Finally gave up half way through dinner. Broccoli I was old and tough. The short rib, yes one, was greasy and tasteless. Our server didn't say thank you or goodnight. He just walked away after taking our money. Worst decision we ever made. Might just as well of burrned $80.
Food was way overpriced. My wife and I had the Garlic Shrimp Pasta. The pasta should have been cooked a little longer. Four shrimp, at least six should have been provided. Main complaint, watery sauce. Also, with a dish like this, garlic toast should be provided. The Onion Soup should have onion in it, not just a big glob of cheese. I love cheese but not just. Meals are overpriced. They used to be better but have gone down in quality. Must be because rewards are how most people use reward dollars to pay. Clever way for Caesars to minimize players reward values. I guess they took on to much debt!
They were out of NY Strip and a few other dishes- we were disappointed on the NY Strip! Had the special -16oz Rob eye bone in-flavorful and tender but small piece for $54! They forgot our creamed spinach - the Caesar was good, small portion. Bartender was great! Cheesecake for dessert was very good!
Sad to say, we used to love this place but it has seriously gone down hill. Waiter was terrible, food was more of a bar / pub place. We will forever eat somewhere else before going to the casino! Ordered escargot and never received. Waiter said he keeps checking on it. Was kind of funny! So sad this place has dropped to a 1 score!
