I have celebrated thanksgiving at Farraddays for the past 4 years. Yesterday’s experience was not acceptable. The menu seems more limited and each entree ordered was sub par. The pork was dry and tough and the grouper was also dry and chewy. One of my sons ordered the turkey which he thought was okay but the serving was definitely smaller than last year. I have eaten thanksgiving dinner with my sons at Farraddays for the past four years. Yesterday’s experience was unacceptable. The menu was limited and each entree ordered was sub par. The pork chop was tough and dry. The grouper was”tough” and chewy. One son doesn’t complain but his turkey entree was much smaller than in the past. The restaurant was short staffed but they tried their best I will definitely not plan on a return visit and I will not not recommend the restaurant to friends as I have in the past.

New staff (severe shortage of staff) who has no idea what they are doing. Never given drinks and poor tap water offered. Both appetizers are horrible, we asked that our meal order be cancelled, then we thanked the manager and left. We are both Isle Fanplay Platinum guests, (one was celebrating a 57th birthday) and left forgoing a night's gambling. I am very unhappy as someone who came from Miami Beach, for this birthday night, for my friend!

Waiter had NO idea what he was doing. There was a bug in my husbands Wine. It was my husbands b'day and not even a Scoop of Ice Cream?????

I know it was Valentine's day but the restaurant was not full, we waiter almost 15 minutes before the waiter came to our table to get our drink order and we had to ask for bread as he forgot to bring. other than that the food was very good.

Service was bad to start then took 2 hours before served our meals. As for food it was very under whelming. Lobster was over cooked, scallops were over cooked. The tenderloin appetizer was on potato’s and not on cauliflower like on menu. I don’t even want to mention the tenderloin dinner. Would not recommend.

Service was very slow even though it was Valentine’s Day it was not that busy (half full}. We ordered the steak for two My wife can only eat steak well done the steak consisted of four slices we were told they couldn’t take two slices back to grill them and make them well done we were very disappointed and will never go back again

Food and wine was fine. Though they seemed to be short of servers especially on a holiday. Wait time for initial service and subsequent service was long.
