Every restaurant must have a bad night, and we were the patrons that were unlucky to be thereon such a night. We had been to this venue many times, and in the past, we were were very happy. On the Friday night that we visited there, the restaurant was short staffed. We waited 50 minutes from the time we ordered dinner before it was served. Service excellent. The Manger, Dominique was very personable, greeted us and checked back during our meal. Robyn, our server was extremely pleasant and served us immaculately. Unfortunately, our Sea Bass was undercooked and chewy. Otherwise overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Use to be my very favorite place and my last visit was very disappointing I had to send the steak back and the sweet potato taste like perfume I don't know if it was the sugar butter they gave me I put on it but I was very disappointed...
They have trouble with finding the wine from the wine list, tried to pick up three different bottles, they all have trouble to get in fast. It’s embrrassing we have our main dish ready but waited for the wind for long long long time.
This casino has been scaled down by the new management and it is obvious in every aspect. This steakhouse that was once acceptable if you wanted to spend less money and have a fairly good meal is now a waste of time and money. It’s a shame, in Broward County they can’t seem to get it right. This place has a very nice atmosphere, relaxing music and most of the wait staff are professional. We ate here on 8/14/18, a slow Tuesday night. James was our waiter. He was great. Had it not been for him I would have rated this place 1/2 star. For a Casino Rest. the prices were fair so no complaints here. We had a Lump Crab Cake & French Onion Soup appetizers. The Crab Cake, if not deep fried, tasted like it. The inside was a mushy paste, over breaded & no lumps or taste of crab. The onion soup had a layer of a dark bread that dissolved & overwhelmed any onion soup flavor. My husband and I had a poor experience. The service was very slow. The meats (lamb chops and a filet) were overcooked. Patrons in shorts, flip flops or otherwise too-casual clothing were allowed in, which detracted from the ambiance. The waiters were literally running through the restaurant even though it was only half full...and the service was still slow. It was not a good experience on any level, but for the price particularly, $$$, certainly not worth it.
My experience this time was unfortunately bad. We waited over 1 hour for our meals to come! The restaurant was not even busy, there was at most six tables. The steaks came out great but the lobster and sides were barely warm...Our waitress was friendly but you can tell she was new and inexperienced with the menu.
