Service poor, food portions small, quality of food poor. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Went here for date night did not like my experience at all my husband's lamb chops came out very dry and burnt even though he order it medium my prime rib was bland the drinks we ordered were water down everything had little to no taste the only thing I can say food about this place is my waitresses but I will not be returning trust me when I said NYY Steakhouse is a little pricey but by far a better choice
This was a shameful meal for us to have been served. We waited over an hour to get our steak and seafood dishes and the place was empty. (I could be a bit more forgiving if it was packed and the kitchen backed up.) The filet was good. Not great, but good. We also ordered a $90 seafood special that combined lobster, scallops, king crab legs, shrimp, salmon. Server seemed rushed and too busy couldnt attend the table I felt like I was rushed to order and eat my food we were there for my wife’s birthday and we weren’t even offered a scoop of ice cream nothing after I meal our server didn’t even say happy birthday food wasn’t that much better ordered 16oz ribeye and 10oz filet both ordered MED both steaks over cooked well done both steaks didnt even taste seasoned at all I also ordered the parmesan crusted steak fries as my side fries weren’t cooked all the way still a lilttle hard... read more
Very disappointed ,in the past service and food very good. Invited Family and was in barest at the end of the evening . Actually considering going to guest services to ask for a refund on my money . Sorry to write this review but the truth is the truth. Sincerely Terry Hanley
Party of five with all five ordering steaks. We had great drinks, great wine, great appetizers. All ordered various steaks medium all came well & literally looked burnt. My 2nd visit but may await change in kitchen management returning. Shame to see the place nearly empty when casino packed.
We have been loyal customers for many many years.....New management definitely has had a NEGATIVE impact on the food. Very disappointed the last 2 times we dined there.
I really hate leaving a bad review because we have been here on several occasions and it was always wonderful.... until this last visit. It was an awful experience food-wise only. The food was so salty that it was inedible. All four of us ordered the roast beef and were very disappointed with the plate and the meat was incredibly salty, very disappointed as your food has always been excellent. I did mention it to the waiter and he did not say a word. Unfortunately., we did not complain as we were taking a friend out for his birthday, but driving home we all started to complain.
