*** was helpful in explaining the pcr test to me. My box didn't come with a return label, and the qr codes sent me to pages that didn't have directions for my specific test. *** was patient and explained everything to me, and sent me a shipping label to print off. The chat feature has a bug as well, ghe how can I help bubble never went away and covered up all her responses. I had to ask her to repeat herself and/or type more so I could see her replies.
