they were not up front on charges. We paid our regular copay $35. 6 weeks later we received 2 bills $215 each . They are charging emergency room charge. Some changes were made and they did not tell their patients. That is fraud and illegal! We will not be going there anymore.
I took my daughter in to see a Dr just to make sure a cut by her eye didn't need stitches. The Dr agreed it didn't and told me a $10 bottle of liquid bandaid from Walmart should do the trick. They then offered to do it for me in office. They applied 2 brush strokes that took literally 20 seconds. When I got my bill I was charged the office visit as well as a "surgery". Bc today I went in to let them check my ears bc the were swollen and linking yellow stuff and then I see the doc an she said it was allergic reaction but gave me meds an no shots for it and then later on in the afternoon I told my husband I needed to go to the er so I went to St.Thomas and they seen me right then and treated me right there on the spot bc found out I had a highly contagious infection called impetigo.. so no I don’t recommend face past bc I almost lost my life, bc they miss diagnosis me!!
Took me back quickly, swabbed and tested me pretty quickly also, when they said I was done and they would be getting my paperwork and prescription notes I sat in the exam room waiting for at least an hour and a half. That's my only complaint. Staff was nice as well.
