Came into this clinic on October 7th with a painful ear infection. The doctor and nurse were very thorough, patient and professional. Would highly recommend.

Had a appointment scheduled at 12 to get stitches out and was still sitting waiting at 1 at people that where walk in was going in front of me
Not greatest I tested negative yesterday ended up on hospital then my daughter tested negative and is at hospital your workers aren’t testing accurate not
Great experience. Clean office friendly staff! Wait time not very long. Provider was very good!

Friendly service when we walked in. The ladies up front were very nice. The NP that we saw didn’t seem to care what was really wrong though. She insisted one diagnosis but clearly was wrong. She gave my daughter the wrong diagnosis. Said she had a stomach bug when in reality she had a sinus infection. She didn’t even have tummy issues.
Left and was told to take Zyrtec that I didn’t have strep. Ran a fever all night and primary care doctor looked at my throat and said you have strep but we’ll do a test to be safe. Strep was positive. I felt as if I was rushed out of there because I had a fussy baby and will not be back unless absolutely necessary.
Staff was rude. Did not enjoy the entire experience. Need friendly staff and need to work better with children.
Good dr but the wait time was awful. Over an hour, and it wasn’t that busy at all
Long wait. Supposed to be an urgent care. Shouldn’t have to wait for over an hour. And the nurse and the aprn or doctor or whatever she was, were absolutely no help at all. Told me to follow up at the hospital. Didn’t even try to figure out my issues.
