Doctor was amazing but paid $75 and they couldn’t help me. The receptionist pretty much assured me I could get what I needed for my injured foot but bc of insurance reasons, following up with my orthopedic could end up costing me more money on a boot. I appreciate the honesty of the Dr but people up front shouldn’t say stuff they are not sure about. I am sure she didn’t mean any harm but I am slightly disappointed.
Never given written instructions. I have no idea when I can go back to work. I was sent to Sweetwater Hospital for x-rays it took all day and nobody followed up on the”URGENT “ order because now it’s been 2 days and I haven’t heard from anyone.
Another excellent experience at Fast Pace in Sweetwater-from the moment you enter and speak with a wonderful receptionist, to the nurse with vitals, to the PA Houston, everything is top tier-Houston again diagnosed what was going on with my vertigo, planned a course of treatment, and made sure to answer all of my questions-Sweetwater is lucky to have such a dedicated, professional, and pleasant group of health professionals to work on those unexpected everyday emergencies

The staff was great. No long line. Asked all my symptoms. They then tested me and explained what I had and how to treat it. I have always had good treatment at this Fast Pace. I was assisted by John Yates, PA in Sweetwater, TN
