Kristina is amazing!!! She has a great personality. She made me feel at ease and actually listened to my concerns. The woman at the front desk was also really sweet and gave me recommendations. The doctor was nice too, younger indian man. Great staff here tbh!
Service was wonderful. The PA, Eugene was so personable and kind and knowledgeable. He took time to talk with me and listen. I highly recommend this clinic, especially Eugene
More helpful than any other doctor I've ever seen. More kind and caring as well. They got me in quickly, and were super detail oriented.
They have always been able to help me out and answer all my questions! They get me in and out too!
I was in and out for my scheduled appointment in less than an hour, excellent service while they're not busy! Deborah has excellent patient care skills and added a great personal touch that made me feel comfortable while checking me in, as did Samantha the care provider. Overall they were swift, professional, and addressed my needs efficiently. Thanks guys :)
So, I sprained my ankle while drunk walking in downtown. They next day I decided to go to an urgent care to make sure it wasn't broken. FastMed lets you reserve a checkin time online. I like this feature versus just showing up and not knowing how long you have to wait to be seen. They also let you enter in all of your insurance information online as well. Very nice feature. This location (Market Street, Wilmington,NC) is wonderful! Rebecca, at the front desk, was professional and helpful. Amanda, the Clinic Team Leader, was incredibly kind and caring, even when we were still there 30 minutes after closing time. We were never made to feel rushed. The Provider, Jeff, was amazing! The best service ever. I love how they took time to actually ask me what's wrong and not just go based off the reason writtten on the sign-in paper. I came in to get my ear drained yet due to me feeling super welcomed I proceeded to get other important things checked as well. Very fast service will definitely recommend to friends and family
Went to fastmed for my pre-employment screening! They got me in and out for my screenings, even though I was late for my appointment! Front desk staff, Tyshon was extremely helpful with getting me checked in while training a new staff member! Lab tech was very friendly as well. Great experience!
