Took what felt like 20 minutes to check in because I had to use an iPad. Was not sure what I had so he prescribed me with antibiotics for strep. Took a culture sample and said that they would call me when the results came in. I called a few days later and they said they had not received the results yet but would let me know when they did. I never got a call back. Will not return and do not recommend them.
On Thursday my 19 year old son went in for a laceration on his knee. I was on the phone with him since I am in Virginia and he is there for school. The "dr" commented to him about being on the phone, I responded with I'm Mom and I am staying put. She then called me "odd". I was SHOCKED and asked her who she was talking to. My son then says " mom I'm not getting a good feeling her hands are shaking". She slammed the tray away and said " if you need your mom maybe I should just put a bandaid on it". I LOST It. I went here after calling about an ingrown toe, which they said they could treat. The nurse told me it was not infected and tried to send me home with pain killers. I squeezed pus out of my swollen red toe and said it was infected and I needed help. He gave me an antibiotic and google print out on how to care for an ingrown nail, I had already been trying to treat at home for a month with googles instructions.
