I've been to better healthcare urgent care, the African American front desk, their receptionist has no personality and was pushing me to reschedule, the boss told him to not cancel any schedule and he was reprimanded. Dull with handling the business in the front desk, the PA was good with listening with my issue, and prescribed me with medication but few days later, I've called them to report the side effect, the person handling over the phone didnt seem to care about the problem, and placed me in 15 minutes hold. Got to be the slowest place I've ever been in my entire life. I went in for a physical and a drug testing and they had me sit for 2 hours. I'd rather lick envelopes then ever have to go back to this god forsaken place where time stands still. ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY!! Waste of time!

Tried to call about an appointment and the recording said they were closed due to adverse weather conditions.....it's sunny and 45 degrees outside????

Let's start out with the facility this place looks like a Mexican hospital in downtown Tijuana it's absolutely disgusting inside and I'm sure there are tons of germs.This is also the most over priced doctors office you could go to in the town of Wilmington North Carolina. You are going to have to wait most likely an hour or two to see a doctor no matter the time of day. They are going to charge you a couple grand just to tell you to go to a specialist after you wait in the actual procedure room for around an hour. Also custo... read more

PLEASE BE AWARE AND LOOK AT ALL CHARGES! I have a family member that has disputed charges for unauthorized test from a visit that they have now turned over to collections. Charges that we thought had been taken care of but it seems the person that told us they had taken care of this is no longer with FASTMED. Thinking that all had been taken care of this family member went in for a Covid test and was told there was a past due balance and so they paid the "past due fee" because they would not see her if she did not and then... read more

y'all suck. took too damn long. smells like farts. no people were in front of us but we still waited for 2 hours just to be in and out in 15 mins. fix it. it shouldn't be called "fast med" if it takes 2 hours

*I have Cystic Fibrosis* I probably won't come here again. I came in January for a fever and I tested negative for flu/strep/mono so the nurse practitioner (?) Prescribed a steroid shot and Prednisone. I can't remember if it helped or not but I feel like I returned to my normal Cystic Fibrosis and got antibiotics because I got sick again after. Not fast at all. Waited over an hour to be seen. People working there were nice but service was extremely slow. They only had two people ahead of us but called people who came in after us ahead of us and only one of them was worse than my son was.

I came in because I had been sick for 2 weeks and I was headed to Australia for work for two month. I was the second patient in the door that morning and the receptionist was 20 min late. No big deal because nobody else came in. I figure see the Dr. get some antibiotics and on the road. I ask the Dr. for a Z pack antibiotics because being 46 years old and that always knocking out my sickness in as little as 2 days. The Dr. told me he didn't believe in antibiotics.
