Terrible experience with Amanda dolls the manager there. My niece had been sitting in the urgent care for 4 hours and she simply asked the nurse how long he thought it would be. In comes the sorry excuse for a manger and unsightly Amanda dolls to tell her she's disrespectful to ask how much longer it could be and my niece told her all she needed was ear drops which Amanda got an attitude and then kicked my niece out because she because irritated with Amanda's disgusting and gross behavior (really matches the way she looks).... read more

I had an appointment scheduled and got there before my appointment to find out that they were closed due to staffing shortages. They did not inform me that they would be closed and that my appointment would therefore be cancelled.
Made an appointment for 6pm early in the morning through the Fastmed wbaite. Called around 2pm and told that the office closes at 6 and the appointment was cancelled. Drove to the clinic door and website clearly state open to 8pm. Made an appintment for the following day at 8am when the clinic opened and still waiting about an hour into it. Staff was not real helpful or truthful even when cancelling an appointment. A simple preemplymemt drug screen should not take over an hour.
Will never be back to this location. Visited on June 4th. The African American men receptionist wearing glasses was extremely rude and condescending. I am utterly shocked on how blatantly rude this man was. My friend scheduled an appointment here and told her to cancel because of how rude he was. Never in my life have been treated like this by someone. The way he treated me brought me to tears.

I checked in online at 9am for my 2 pm appointment and I have been sitting here waiting for an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous, there's no one here and all the staff just walks around doing nothing. Never come here

I followed instructions online "for a shorter wait time checkin online" cool so I did that. Filled out ALLLL the paperwork online. Get to appointment and fill out the same information on an iPad that wouldn't work as well as paper.. so three times I've done this now while my child is crying in pain. The receptionist has the personality of a salted slug. Usually I have a great experience at this fastmed. But this morning, the front receptionist was incredibly rude and pushy to everyone including me in the waiting room. I understand this can be a stressful job but I work in the service industry and I have never & will never treat anyone with the blatant rudeness that was shown today. I was utterly shocked.
