PLEASE BE AWARE AND LOOK AT ALL CHARGES! I have a family member that has disputed charges for unauthorized test from a visit that they have now turned over to collections. Charges that we thought had been taken care of but it seems the person that told us they had taken care of this is no longer with FASTMED. Thinking that all had been taken care of this family member went in for a Covid test and was told there was a past due balance and so they paid the "past due fee" because they would not see her if she did not and then... read more

So I’ll start off by saying that I’ve gone to another FastMed location and received great care, which is why I chose to go to this one. I used Teladoc through my employer before going to this urgent care, and the Teladoc dr prescribed what he could and said if it didn’t get any better to go to an urgent care for further treatment. So I chose this one, which was a horrible experience. All the staff I encountered were good except the provider (Michael Pike), and decision maker for the location apparently. The Dr in the office was verbally abusive and verbally threatened my 19 year old son. He was there to get stitches and I was on the phone with him. He is away from home and I had questions for her and wanted to be “with him”. She yelled at him to put the phone away and when I said NO she yelled and called me odd and did maybe she should just put a band aide on it. I told him to get up and leave. I was the only person there and I still waited over 30 minutes for a flu shot... 30 minutes of waiting for 3 minutes of care....
