FIberNow serves my ************** I've had their service for 5+ years and just today I finally was able to attend their Fiber 101 and Fiber 201 classes that they offer. I learned a lot about how to use my remote to enable/access all of the services offered. Good training session with f/u email with additional "how to" information,

Id like to commend ****** at Fiber Nows technical support for the way he handled my internet streaming issue. I still have a few issues to work with my streaming service but my internet connection is no longer the issue. That was Wednesday of this week - he was off Thursday - but early Friday he checked on the issue again to make sure thiings were still working. He volunteered that he had been with OpticalTel - Now Fiber One for 7 years. They are lucky to have empployees like him - Im sure hes a valued resource!
Been a customer over six years. Absolutely in love with product and customer service. I am my neighborhood go to guy for cable problems. Blows me away when people offer lousy reviews when it is not the company's fault. In six plus years of helping neighbors two/three times per week there has been less than five times TOTAL that the problem was with Opticaltel/Fiber Now. 363 units, two three times per week, but only four to five company faults!I give a class every January in ********* and all are welcome at no charge.
