Get directions******** customer service. Internet is constantly down and they can never explain why, when it will be back on, etc. Yet they still charge HOAs and customers. Avoid at all cost.

Strongly do not recommend due to horrible customer service and lack of problem solving for login/password issue. My father initiated a call to OpticalTel 12/25 for log-in problems to Dish Anywhere. 2 weeks later, the issue still has not been resolved. Opticaltel pulls their video content via DISH network. Unfortunately, DISH had an issue with DISH Anywhere which is a complimentary service to access tv channels remotely. The customer was able to watch tv within his home via a DISH receiver. This was a DISH issue and only DISH could resolve. The issue has been resolved.We apologize having this caused an inconvenience and appreciate the customers patience.Thank you.
The worst company and customer service I have ever had to deal with. ***** goes out at least once a week. Tonight its been out for five hours. Two phone calls later lasting 1 1/2 hrs and its still not working. No one at tech support could help get me back on. Last call the guy couldnt help me so he just disconnected the call. Calls to Headquarters were a waste of time. They just dont care about the customer.

The receiver is a DISH network device and required a "hit" to the receiver directly from DISH. This is what was determined after our Tech Support trouble shot with the customer. Did NOT enjoy the sessionWas frustrated. Went too fast, could not hear the questions asked and follow-up answers were not sufficient. We could not see the tv visual, either. Please consider having 4-8 instructors assigned to tables in order to give one-to-one pointers to the attendees while the session is occurring. These instructors could roam around ensuring we were looking at the correct remote control feature being discussed. Also, consider training retired Kings Ridge Teachers to be instructors. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I returned a cable box for which I gave a $60 deposit on. This was done in April of 2023. They have received the cable box back but I've yet to receive a refund of my $60 deposit.I have called over 20 times and emailed numerous times. Most recently, Opticaltel sent me an email in November of 2023 stating they apologize and are working on getting me my money. Horrible service. Been a customer since 2017 with promises of better service and no improvement.
It started with certain channels not getting any signal now its all channels. The internet service is atrociously slow and sometimes it just doesnt work at all. This is by far the worst Cable, Internet and Phone experience Ive ever had. Opticaltel is the worst company period.
