Opticaltel provides our community with fiber to the home to each condo. Service was installed approx. 2 years ago. We had some glitches on first install, but Opticaltel worked thru ************** is very satisfactory. Fiber to the home is a good service.
Good service, great catch up/replay feature. **************** is very helpful as is the community rep. *** community has a good channel line up.
Opticaltel has been the media provider in our community for a few years now. I am very satisfied with the quality of the fiber optic network service for internet and TV.
Opticaltel provides a great range of services and the account managers are very quick to respond to community concerns. Their support staff seem to always be ahead of the game by addressing issues either as soon as they happen or as soon as it is reported.Thank you Opticaltel for your exemplary service to our community.
