Had a bday gathering 4 my girlfriend's 31st. Reservations were easy to make online & they were very accommodating with our group of 20. They stood her on a chair & had the whole restaurant sing to her. They also brought her a lovely desert platter with candles. I really enjoyed the staff and the food selection. I can't wait to go back.
It's your basic Mongolian BBQ restaurant with a fancy name. They do have some extra menu items, like burgers and mac & cheese, all done on the main grill. Good for grabbing a bite before a movie, but not a special occasion kind of place.
Always a favorite of mine and everyone can find what they like too!
FiRE + iCE was absolutely delicious. The whole idea behind it is so much fun, the service was spectacular, and the food was incredible. The chefs put on a show and had so much personality, and who doesn't love being able to choose exactly what they want on their plate? I would suggest this to anyone and everyone, and will be back soon.
Did not find Fire & Ice to be what I expected from description. Fire & Ice is basically a "Mongolian Grill". Although, I was pleased with the service and atmosphere, I had to adapt and from what I was expecting in order to still enjoyed my meal which was very enjoyable. Service was attentive, cooks were entertaining and helpful. Would recommend if someone is looking for Mongolian Grill type restaurant.

We enjoyed our experience at Fire & Ice, but especially because it wasn't crowded on a Friday, rainy day during lunch. I heard horror stories about how busy it can get during peek periods and how the wait in line for your food could be exhausting. So, my advice is to experience it when it's not busy. I love all the different combos you can make w/all the meats, sauces, and wide variety of ingredients. There is plenty of choices for kids. My daughter had pasta, chicken, and hamburger!
