Essentially a watered-down (or what they call Americanized) Mongolian BBQ restaurant combined with a completely forgettable atmosphere in a ghost town of a shopping center. The food itself as fine- and you can only blame yourself when your combination of items doesn't work out- but when some of the available items includes hot dogs, hamburgers, and bacon there's not a whole lot of exotic combinations to try out. The cook staff was friendly and engaging, although the wait staff wasn't the most helpful.
The setting was great the food was good, the only thing that they need improvement on is the speed of the servers. The hostess was amazing.
The food was fine, considering you make it yourself. Not great for conversation because of the time it takes to cook - you have to stand there for quite a while while someone in your party sits with the handbags. Fine for large groups. Servers very attentive

So happy we found Fire & Ice in California. Thought it was only on the east coast. We're thrilled!
Great and fun place to eat. Only drawback is the buffet style service. You stand in line to select your grill items from the food bar. The line can be quite long as people are selecting their food items, sauces, etc. Once you get your first plate, you then have to get back in line to select other items which may take up to 20 - 30 minutes on a busy night. Having more than one grill items bar would help!
I love this place! you can always find exactly what you want.
I have dined at the Tahoe location before and it was OUTSTANDING. The Anaheim location was quite a let down. They had live salsa dancing and it was more of night club scene than a restaurant. The host seemed clueless, rushed and unenthusiastic. She was wearing a jersey with her stomach hanging out, quite unappealing. Our server was AWFUL. He never once introduced himself and seriously RAN by our table while asking if we needed anything.
