Can't beat this place for food and service!
We enjoyed our experience at Fire & Ice, but especially because it wasn't crowded on a Friday, rainy day during lunch. I heard horror stories about how busy it can get during peek periods and how the wait in line for your food could be exhausting. So, my advice is to experience it when it's not busy. I love all the different combos you can make w/all the meats, sauces, and wide variety of ingredients. There is plenty of choices for kids. My daughter had pasta, chicken, and hamburger!
Kind of a fun spot. You pile up your food in a bowl, and the chef prepares it for you. Fun to pick out your own ingredients, and lots of nice selections. Recommendations for combinations were helpful. It can be a bit overwhelming, so if you don't cook or don't want to think about how to combine your ingredients this may not be the place for you.
Everything was spectacular. A fun place that is laid back and casual.
The atmosphere of this place was great,especially as the night got later and the DJ cranked up the tunes. The service and people were fantastic, however our food was consistently under cooked. I would recommend this place, and tell others to say "well done" when it comes to their food.
I was there for my birthday celebration with a party of 17. This was my 3rd time and Must say the service has improved. the food is fresh and yummy. The only negative was when waiting for my food to be cooked on the grill, I was bumped to the end of the line both times with no explanation. It is not clear where the line begins or ends and a better system is warranted for an even better experience. Overall great choice for group outings!! I will be back soon.

The Restaurant was nice and Clean.. It was not what I was expecting.. I had the impression it was A Steak House type of place.. And it was not that.. a Buffet Style AYCE and the Cook the foo in front of you.. Not my Kind of Place, but its a nice place...
great stop for all-you-can-eat self prep meal - wide variety of foods, fun time around the center stove, good drinks... excellent unwind after busy Disneyland day or time out with friends. Enjoy the good food (if you know how to mix :-)
