They didn't have the full buffet because of Mother's Day. we were not told that would happen when i inquired prior to making the reservation. in fact, when asked if buffet, the host told me that's what they were famous for--Sunday Brunch. only items were eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausage and some fruit and salad items. the Mongolian BBQ was great, but people in my party would not eat that, so paid $27 for eggs and pancakes. i asked waiter if mimosas were unlimited, to which he said yes. but when we ordered a refill, it was a... read more

We brought in a big group and they handled us well. They could not split the checks but we worked it out. Definitly plan on staying 2 hours to get the full experience of an unlimited eating challenge.

I love the experience at fire and Ice. My 2nd time there. Disappointedin your oe birthday per party. We had birthdays, sisters. One had driven in from Yuma AZ just to celebrate and receive her free birthday meal. Food was excellent, service slow.

Our waiter was amazing. However, even with our reservation it seemed as if the reception was not ready for us. They did not seem friendly at all, so that was unfortunate. And at what point it seemed as if they ignored us when we tried talking to them.

I wish I would have asked the sweet girl's name when I walked in. She was amazing! So friendly and helpful-even gave me tips on places to shop after we ate. Please tell her I spent $200 on the book things... The bartender was super sweet, also-great recommendations and we didn't wait for our drinks.
