We had a party of 6 and were first into restaurant when it opened at 4pm. Naturally it was quite. Waitress was attentive and staff friendly. 18% gratituity automatically added to bill. Don't forget to validate parking. We would go back if in the area.

They were short staffed that night, so the wait to get food was a bit longer. But we understood. And the employees were great, even with the shortage.

This was our first time in this place. It is a very interesting and appealing concept combining all you can eat with Japanese style cooking in front of the person. 2 hours limit they have for people to stay there is more than sufficient, and the cooks certainly know what they are doing! If you have a birthday person in your group, make sure to ask for their HOT birthday "experience"!

Great experience with my family it was a party of 13 and my reservation was at 11:45 am on Sunday and they had breakfast available as well as your regular dinner foods. Great experience for me and my family will definitely go back again

Food was great. Loads of combination possibilities. Fun location. Highly recommend brunch, all the great dinner options with pancakes, French toast and omelet options as well.

I just had the most delightful experience at Fire Plus Ice. The staff was so kind and made an unforgettable spectacle for our birthday people. We were a large group and were absolutely floored by the service and accommodation. I would absolutely recommend this place for a delicious dining experience and any and all special occasions. The great service started at the check-in counter and continued through the wait staff, the chefs, and the bar keeps. We cannot wait to come back.
