We had 7 grandkiddos ranging from 7-18 and they all loved it! They like to eat and this was the perfect place for them from the hot dogs to steak and shrimp! Everyone loved it and can not wait to go back.
It's been a few years since we've visited Fire & Ice, and as usual the food did not disappoint! We celebrated my daughter's birthday and were surprised with a treat and performance at the grill.
What a wonderful birthday for my son. Food was marvelous, hostess arranged for a special chef show and birthday sing. Atmosphere is wonderful and service is delightful. Just a heads up. Need to join Fire and Ice membership 2-3 weeks prior to get the free birthday meal. Even tho we were on his actual birth date. Would not offer the free meal. In spite of that, a wonderful evening

To expensive for the choices. Could have use more salad dressing options . Waitress had too many tables. Had to ask for refills, rice, and the check. Would not recommend
Went with family and friends to celebrate a big Birthday and it didn’t disappoint. We all loved it. Everyone makes their own to taste and we really enjoyed it. We had a few food allergies and they did a great job separating the foods for us. Will definitely be back!

Was not happy with the check in and seating. Our reservation was at 6pm and we checked in at 5:53pm. Others checked in after us and were seated before us all with reservations at 6pm. We finally were seated at 6:25pm. To me that is unacceptable for having a reservation. Once we were seated everything was fine but that set the evening up for an unhappy start.
Greeter at the door while checking in very insistent on telling us to read the policy regarding how long we can be at the table, after being seated server took her time to get to our table to introduce self and get our drinks order, server looked distracted and did not give us proper attention, got one drink order wrong, left menus on the table, didn’t ask or offer rice or other, Chefs were great, ambience was good.
