The food was very good and you can make up any combination of meat, veggies, and sauces. However, they were out of shrimp after 1 hour of being open. The wait staff were slow and did not pay us much attention.
This was my third or so time at Fire + Ice. Love this place. The concept is really cool. The food selection is great. The overall experience has always been great. Will be back again.
If your looking for a change, give this place a try. It is a fun concept. My family has a good time here.
Interesting place by all means. Hard to really describe the experience in great detail, but though I may not go back to it, it is definately worth a visit. It's different and I think people should give it a try and make their own decision.
The food was ok. The selection was amazing but the quality wasn't great. The server was not nice.
The food was good and fun to prepare....nice to see that we have this so close to home. Fun for groups and kids!!
We went there before a baseball game and it was amazing! I never been so full there was so much food to chose from. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back and try all the stuff I couldn't fit in my belly this time haha. The service was great better than most places!
My husband and I went to Fire and Ice for our first wedding anniversary, and we both were a bit weary of a buffet/bar. BUT this wonderful little place was more than we expected in a very pleasant way. We were not overcrowded with the screaming of children. We went straight to the buffet and our waitress was very polite and thorough in explaining the layout. The chefs cooking up our food were entertaining and very nice. Our server Juan was superb. I didn't think it was appropriate to drink my bottle of champagne out of a wine glass. Your U.S. Foodservice rep, Dennis can help you with that. We were there for Sunday Mother's Day brunch at 10:30 am. The cooks were bored and were tossing bowls on the grill which was loud and did not help the ambiance. They need to practice their tricks with no customers in the restaurant. Food quality was very fresh and we were happy with the selection.
