We made reservations a week ahead of time, arrived 20 minutes early. We were seated 20 minutes AFTER our reservation time with so many people coming in after us, they didn't even look for us at the time of our seating. The hostess seemed uninterested and rude. Service at the bar was excellent prior to our seating. I guess maybe I'm picky but the "market" area seemed to be messy like they were having a hard time keeping up with cleaning and replacing the items (it was Saturday evening -6pm). Fire + Ice Boston was amazing. My attendees and my self had a fantastic time
Went for an anniversary dinner. Fun place, food was terrific, value (all you can eat) was also great; only drawback was the loud atmosphere which made it tougher to talk.
Overall very pleasant, a bit noisy but as expected due to the center cooking station. Wait staff was very polite and quick.
It's loud and it's very, very hot inside. Uncomfortably so. Even the waiter said it was hot, but with a giant grill in the middle of the room, I guess it's a challenge to keep the room comfortable. I just wish they had more green veggies to grill -- pea pods, green beans, spinach, okra, cabbage. If you're a meat-eater, you'll be pleased with how many options you have. Just wish there were more veggies for vegetarians. (There are some, but wish it was a more robust selection).
It was a very loud with birthdays and place being full of people but the waiter was very kind, the service and the food was good. We will be back for sure.
Had a great experience at fire and ice for a birthday meal!
