Loud, waiter forgot our drinks, great food and good price
Awesome!! It was my brothers birthday and we had an outstanding time!!
Our Family are big fans of Fire & Ice. We did, however prefer the Harvard Square location and restaurant. Since the Harvard Square closing we’ve been twice to the Boston location and while the food and grilling experience is similar it just doesn’t compare. I would, however, recommend everyone tries Fire & Ice as there’s something to be said about choosing your own food and watching it being cooked!
This was our birthday dinner.... Food was amazing great Music right on point Bar time and drinks was ok Service could be better, specially when my girlfriend asked for a drink a bikini bottom: the drink was on a smaller glass, without any decoration so my girlfriend asked why was a different glass and if she could please have a piece of pineapple, the waitress answered: because is like that and took the pineapple from my glass with her fingers and put it on my girlfriend glass and left laughing, after that she never shows up... read more
This place is literally my favorite restaurant. I come here often and everytime its always exceptional service and the food is always on point. 💕
Amazing place! The food is unbelievable and for the first time ever being there, I would definitely go back.
Food was good and server was attentive, but the lettuce on the salad bar was old and red. I asked an employee if they could switch it out and I was told no, then he walked away. I had plenty to eat, but always like a salad too.
Food was pretty good.
Buffet style restaurants are normally out of the question with celiac disease, but Fire & Ice handles food allergies well. You still make your selections from same areas, but then give your food to server with your food allergy card and they’ll prepare it in the back. My daughter, who is very sensitive to gluten, enjoyed everything and stayed safe / no reaction. Thank you!
