Always fantastic time at fire & ice
It was a fun experience for kids! However the guys cooking were entertaining but kind of sloppy. Had to point out someone’s calamari had been mixed into my food...yuck!
Fire+ice is interesting in that you pick your uncooked ingredients and watch them being cooked for you. The idea is pleasant, and the execution is delicious. The ambiance felt a little more like cafeteria and less like restaurant. There were two large birthday parties at fire+ice when we just got there, and that made for a very crowded and a somewhat slow experience. Good choice of meats, seafood, fish and salad. Melamine plates, hard plastic water cups.
My waiter was excellent. My only negative was the cleanliness of the facility. It needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Menus were sticky, railings sticky---needs a good thorough cleaning
This was my 1st time and I would highly recommend going!! Food was great, people were nice and an overall great vibe!
My husband and I visited on the recommendation from a friend. The experience was fantastic; the food was delicious, and the staff were attentive. Will definitely visit again!
