Mussels were the best. I also loved the scooby snack. The waitress didn't know what a Jack and Coke and only checked on us twice.
Service staff needs to be trained. Bill was incorrect, took about 45 minutes to fix the bill and pay due to bad service. The food was good, an interesting concept, worth trying at least once.
Fire and Ice is one of my favorite places to go for brunch. The food is always fresh and it’s always a lot of fun. We went on New Year’s Day the men who were cooking the food were very friendly and very alert. The wait staff was very slow and under staff. I am sure it was because of New Year’s Day and people took the day off. This won’t hold me from going back again in the future things happen.

Very good food and service on the grill. Loved picking my own meat and sauces and vegetables and the fact that they had cheeseburgers and hot dogs for kids.

Fire & Ice is a unique , interesting and somewhat educational experience. Our daughter simply loves the whole experience of selecting ingredients and then watching them cook it on the big circular grill

Overall a good experience. My son said it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had. We enjoyed the variety and the cooks were a lot of fun. We’ll be back again.

Atmosphere was upbeat, exactly what we were looking for. The service was not great. They could not find my reservation. The waiter did not get our drink order correct twice and tried to get us to take the incorrect drink. The food was not being restocked and many items including sauces were out. The people cooking the food were great and super nice. Nice to experience this restaurant with my son, but we will not be back.

the whole dining experience kept our 19 yo college student fully engaged and entertained. The phone didn't even come out except for picture taking! Great service and great value for the AYCE concept.
