Fire & ice is always a fun time, food is always fresh, clean environment but most the staff is AMAZING! But I have to give a big shout out TO my waitress Karinny omg that girl must LOVE HER JOB because she was absolutely the BEST she smiled, laughed told lil jokes but most of all she was attentive & if she hasn't already she needs a RAISE!
First time here. It's loud and a bit chaotic. Waiting for the grill is time consuming. There seems to be more guests than the grill / cooks can handle. It was a one time experience but I don't think we will ever come back.
I loved it and the food was worth it. It was my son’s bday and the staff was nice enough to make it special for him. The atmosphere was nice and friendly; I’ll definitely come back.
Service was great, good options were always full. Great time we will be back.

Food definitely great. Definitely needs overall appearance update. Smelled like a frat. Found a metal spring in the beets. Scary. Should have thrown away all the beets. It was bad.

Myles was our server and he was amazing. I haven’t been here in years and I loved it. They did a birthday celebration for me and my sister.
