We love going to Fire and Ice when visiting Boston! Our waiter was great - he checked to see if we needed anything throughout the evening. Due to a dietary restriction, my food was made in the kitchen - it was delicious!!! Highly recommend trying Fire and Ice for a different type of dining experience - my kids love it!

Food was great, but we ended up being there with a large party of kids in the dining room. It was a little difficult to converse with my coworkers and debrief from our long workday while on travel

My 7th time here over the years and each time I leave, I wonder to myself why we don’t come more often. Staff is very polite and friendly. It wasn’t real busy, but service was on point…drinks, plates etc.. The food always appears super fresh and the choices are plentiful, no matter what your desire. Your choice and mixture of it is prepared right in front of you and there’s nothing being left under a heat lamp…cooked and ready to enjoy. Street (meter) parking is tough to find, be prepared for the garage. ENJOY

Fun environment. Great selection of foods, very cool concept on the giant wok cooking! Well worth the money. Fun for family dining!

This is the best bargain in town by my opinion. Tons of fresh ingredients to choose from. The people on the grill really know how to cook that food properly. Everything was delicious. Service is fantastic. If your food is good, it’s because you chose wrong ingredients. You can’t mess by going here.
