This was my second time at Fire and Ice and I can't wait to go back! The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was buzzing and energetic. The only complaint was that we (our group of 3) were there for about 2 hours and the waitress seemed to forget about us the last 45 minutes or so and it was difficult to flag her down to get the check. Everything else was great and contributed to a wonderful experience!
The food was varied and good, but the ambiance is a bit tacky. Music was good but loud. That meant that hearing the (very nice) wait staff was not always easy. Wasn’t quite sure the rules of the place before we went up to the buffets. Cooks were good at their jobs, if a little gruff. One seemed to roll his eyes at my daughter’s separate bowl of corn. There for my sons birthday food was great little too noisy but that’s what you expect when you go there so no surprise our waitress was outstanding I wish I could remember her name she was absolutely wonderful and he was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with
