So good as always! Despite being very crowded the line moved super fast!
My boyfriend and I are from Maine and we don’t have anything like this around here. We have Hibachi grills but that’s not the same. Fire and Ice is super fun- however, they closed at 10, and our reservation was at 9:30pm. For 21.50 a person, we didn’t get the value that we would have gotten if our reservation were earlier. I feel like if they are going to charge that much but close everything down 30 min after, then they shouldn’t allow reservations after a certain time. Liked the whole style of getting your own ingredients. A friends dietary restrictions of Vegan were ownered as well, was really happy for it.
The food was great. We did have to wait for about 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. That was frustrating because there was nowhere to sit and my grandparents were struggling standing for that long. Then the server was not very attentive. Would ask if anyone wanted refills and would walk away before the whole table could answer. It was also difficult to get the bill corrected as she didn’t know the policy on ages for children’s meals.

Perfect for picky eaters because you get to choose what you make. Everything was delicious.
Had a reservation for 545 I wasn’t sat until 615. It was my sons birthday I asked to be sat away from the grill considering he is two and our table was literally right next to the grill. Disappointed as I often come here and recommend the place to others frequently.
Place looks pretty nice always super lively, the food is fantastic and the experience makes it even better. Love going to eat there.
