Food was great, service was great! Very unique atmosphere and fun! Definitely go there hungry. Price was reasonable
While there was nothing glaringly wrong with our visit I just wasn't impressed with this place. My 15 year old daughter picked it for her birthday. She and her friends all loved it. My husband and I not so much. Food was just ok and ambiance is seriously lacking. Not the cleanest place either.
Was disappointed that Fire and Ice got rid of their birthday ice cream, was trying to surprise a friend for her birthday and it wasn't very until I asked another waitress that I found out they discounted the birthday ice cream (my waitress didn't say that to me). My waitress was also difficult to flag down to remove plates and receive the. Heck, but overall had a good time.
The wait staff was courteous and attentive, the cooks provided the usual outstanding show as they worked their way around the cooking surface, a fun place to eat.
Dinner is too costly compared to the lunch price.
The price as a bit high, which could be expected. But the quality of food wasn't so great. I've been there on 3 occasions and it was great. But this time, the food looked horrible that I myself didn't really want to eat. I lost my appetite before it was even cooked.
Fire & Ice is always good for a fresh, healthy meal. I most enjoy the fact that one can chose the items you want to have for dinner and not be locked into a set menu. I always have something different each time I dine there. And the option of going back for more if you're still hungry is awesome.
We brought the kids and they had a great time making their own meal and watching it be cooked on the grill. It kept them very happy since it was so interactive. And our waitress was GREAT with the kids!
We went here for my friend's birthday. Our waiter was friendly and he gave us free ice cream and sang "Happy Birthday" with us. The bill ended up being more than we expected, perhaps we did not factor tax and the automatic 18% gratuity in. It got pretty busy as we were there, but we had a reservation and it all worked out fine.
