I never miss a visit to Fire + Ice when traveling to Boston. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the Cambridge location had closed in late 2016 - that was my usual destination for a Fire + Ice visit and meal. So this location at Berkeley and St. James is what we have in the Northeast. This location is pretty large, and seems to easily accommodate the usual Friday Night crowd. Very family orientated!
Service was great. Our 9yr old enjoyed his first time eating here.
Great food but the continuous stream of cold air blowing on us throughout the meal was annoying and uncomfortable.
We went here on Monday (college-student-night $10.99 p.p.), it was a bit loud and hip for the two of us, but overall it was enjoyable: a good variety of food although we did miss the non-shaved beef, fast cooking, we really liked the idea of a central round grill/plate, food was served fast, some chefs even gave a bit of a show. So good as always! Despite being very crowded the line moved super fast!
