The price as a bit high, which could be expected. But the quality of food wasn't so great. I've been there on 3 occasions and it was great. But this time, the food looked horrible that I myself didn't really want to eat. I lost my appetite before it was even cooked.
Fire & Ice is always good for a fresh, healthy meal. I most enjoy the fact that one can chose the items you want to have for dinner and not be locked into a set menu. I always have something different each time I dine there. And the option of going back for more if you're still hungry is awesome.
We brought the kids and they had a great time making their own meal and watching it be cooked on the grill. It kept them very happy since it was so interactive. And our waitress was GREAT with the kids!
We went here for my friend's birthday. Our waiter was friendly and he gave us free ice cream and sang "Happy Birthday" with us. The bill ended up being more than we expected, perhaps we did not factor tax and the automatic 18% gratuity in. It got pretty busy as we were there, but we had a reservation and it all worked out fine.

What a great experience! Usually never come to Boston since I don't know where I'm going but I'm glad we found Fire and Ice! Steven was an awesome server. He made it a lot of fun and had a great personality. Drinks were incredible. Food was amazing. The chefs were super nice so tip them well! My cousin is alergic to pork so they cooked hers in the back to avoid cross contamination. The playlist was so energetic and put us in a great mood. Can't wait to come back.

Fire & Ice provided an exceptional dining experience. The service is excellent and the meal process was explained fully and clearly. The food selection is overwhelming and all of it is delicious. It is so much fun to watch your food being prepared on a huge, circular grill by so many skilled and enthusiastic chefs. Awesome time!
Great place to celebrate a birthday or similar celebration event. Simple to book a table for 16. Everyone is happy because they get to eat what they want.
