My waitress was amazing, the service was great and the cooks were super friendly! They even sang to me for my birthday !
Very cool concept
Went with 4 adults and 2 children. Had a 7pm reservation. We arrived at 6:50 and were told we would be seated closer to our reservation time and should wait at the bar/lounge. Great experience
The atmosphere is very fun, there is a good selection of food to choose from, and the wait staff was great
Great food but we made a reservation and then had to wait an extra 50 minutes before being seated
We booked our table because Fire and Ice is very close to the Dorothy Quincy Suite and the weather was brutally cold, even in the relatively short walk from the Common. Fun time but we just wish kids weren’t allowed there, should but 21+
FIre and Ice remains a reliable spot for each member of a group to customize exactly what they want in their dish and then watch it get cooked on the big griddle in the middle of the room. Fun for groups, we came here with our family of four. At $21 per person, it is not cheap eats, but it is realiably fun and tasty.
