My daughter is a vegitarian, and I'm not, so its alway a challenge to find a place that suits evryone that has enough vegetarian offerings. This place is great because does have the many choices and you are in total control of what eat. The atmosphere is fun and lively.

Active Friday night in Boston. FYI if you make reservations they will not seat you until your whole party is there. Food was wonderful as always. Got to chat with a couple of the grill chiefs who were very energetic and friendly. They really are awesome people. Had one in the party with a food allergy which was the only downside. Her food took a lot longer to cook so she was often waiting but it didn't ruin our dinner. Wait staff was friendly and engaging and responsive. i love so much about fire & ice... the restaurant's style, food stations, ambiance & "bang for your buck". even tho i've moved from boston, whenever i'm in town i make it a point to get my friends together at fire & ice... it's a "must-do" good time :)

We visited Fire + Ice on Oct 29 for the first time while staying in Boston for our anniversary. The food was really good and it was truly a customizable meal we enjoyed. We're both picky eaters but get tired of trying to coordinate a meal that works for both of us so I loved the style of cooking. It's basically a create your own dinner buffet style and we loved it. Service was speedy and the servers were attentive. I didn't really know how much was appropriate to tip because we had 3 servers but we still tipped over 20%.

We were very pleased with the food and the service. Great atomosphere. Parking across the street makes it even better. Definitely worth going again.

Positive: The first bowl of food was awesome. Negative: The second was not cooked long enough. Also, it's really hard to determine what eating there actually costs. It's not in their website and if on the menu, is not prominent. Was it worth $18.99? I would say no. And the music was too loud. I would recommend with caveats.

We brought a group of 25 high school students and they had a wonderful time. The staff was so pleasant, the chefs were fun and they included some of the students in the experience to make it a truly wonderful day. The food was great too1

The place was great. A little tight for space but the food was awsome and the staff was extreamly friendly I loved how the cooks interacted with kids

It was a comfortably chaotic atmosphere. It was a place where kids can have a good time and pick their food. I felt that the cooks were very entertaining and were courteous, helpful, and nice. I think the food might have been a bit overcooked, but it is hard to manage all those meals at once. At any rate, it was noisy, but I expected it to be so. I like Fire and Ice and I would go again.
