Very fun atmosphere, also very crowded and loud, the chefs on the grill are great. However did not appreciate being called once and emailed twice to be told that we needed to be there on time for our reservation, only to show up early, and have to stand and wait for fifteen minutes past our reservation time to get seated.
The decor was very cartoonish and childish. The music was so loud I could barely hear myself talk. The crowd was mostly young adults trying to be "hip," and although the restaurant seemed like it would be more suitable for children, there were several couples making out and wearing inappropriate clothing. However, the idea of the restaurant was good and the food was average.
Fire and Ice is great for groups, and a dining experience for families and kids. Great for special occasions like birthday parties.
Traveling with a large group and made a last minute reservation for 11. Got there 20 minutes later and the table was ready immediately. It was a little crowded as it was discount college and miltary night. Server did not visit table often and the whole group only ended up with one round of drinks. Great atmosphere for a large group with enough variety for everyone's dietary needs.
Good place if you are in the mood of eating a lot. They have a good variety and I think their concept is very unique. The staff in the grill is very friendly and makes sure your food is cooked properly.
Loved the freedom to create what I wanted, any flavor combination I could dream of. Didn't like being stranded at our table/being bounced around with different waitresses for the entire meal, while all the other tables had one assigned. (TLDR: great food, had to wait forever for a drink refill)
Definitely recommend trying this place, if you haven't!
Our server was amazing. A rare find, indeed.
My daughter (11) enjoyed her bday at fire & ice. Its her favorite place to dine out.
