Fire and Ice is great for groups, and a dining experience for families and kids. Great for special occasions like birthday parties.
Traveling with a large group and made a last minute reservation for 11. Got there 20 minutes later and the table was ready immediately. It was a little crowded as it was discount college and miltary night. Server did not visit table often and the whole group only ended up with one round of drinks. Great atmosphere for a large group with enough variety for everyone's dietary needs.
Good place if you are in the mood of eating a lot. They have a good variety and I think their concept is very unique. The staff in the grill is very friendly and makes sure your food is cooked properly.
Loved the freedom to create what I wanted, any flavor combination I could dream of. Didn't like being stranded at our table/being bounced around with different waitresses for the entire meal, while all the other tables had one assigned. (TLDR: great food, had to wait forever for a drink refill)
Definitely recommend trying this place, if you haven't!

My daughter (11) enjoyed her bday at fire & ice. Its her favorite place to dine out.
The servers and greeters were not super friendly but the chefs were. It was a nice experience, definitely a fun twist on food. Nice selection and variety. However, we had ten people and we were seated with three adjoining tables so a few people had to use the crack between the two connecting tables...not ideal.
The food we had was phenomenal and the people cooking were all fun and very interactive and it was a great time. The only issue I had was it took forever for us to get our drinks. It took atleast 30 minutes for our drinks to show up when we ordered a second round and our server forgot one and it took her another twenty minutes to bring us that one.
