My wife and I went on a whim for her birthday. we've been here before and she loves the way everyone gets to pick and chose what they are going to eat and the guys cooking it are pretty funny. great place for a fun time.
Was in Boston for a work conference and found this spot online. My co-workers and I went here for dinner and I must say everyone from the wait staff and cooks were pleasant and the food was on point. Wish there was one in DC. Would definitely visit Fire + Ice again.
Excellent place located in Back bay, awesome price, nice ambient, good food. Overall is a good place to go with a group of friends or a fun night with friends.
The food was absolutely amazing! Although our waitress could have been more attentive, the grill attendants were lively and included us in their friendly banter. It was a very good meal and a great experience!
This is a Mongolian-style barbecue place that offers ingredients that you can choose which is then cooked on a large skillet. Choices of ingredients are vast so you can certainly get what you want. I found the meat to be on the tough side. Couple that with the tendency to overcook, and I'd suggest going vegetarian to get the best possible food experience. Fire and Ice was extremely accommodating. We were quite late for our reservation and they still had our table ready. I would highly recommend them.

Last time I went was two years ago and it was getting old and boring. This time, much better! They have spices and fresh herbs next to the sauces which is a huge game changer. Especially with the fresh garlic and ginger! Their sauces have improved as well. It's a noisy place, but it's great for big groups or a couple. If you try to eat with four or five people it's not so hot since everyone finishes at different times. My only complaint is who doesn't put celery in a bloody Mary?
Definitely a great place to go with friends and have a good time! Had a great evening tonight and the staff was very helpful and understanding.
