I made my reservations a month in advanced for a very special occasion. The food was great, the staff was okay. After being there for just 10 short minutes an entire school of kids came in. I do not mind that. However we were sat right in the middle of it all. That was not what i had planned for my evening. We were right in the middle of 100 screaming load obnoxious kids for my anniversary dinner. I could barley hear what i was saying let alone what my boyfriend was saying to me. Because of all the kids, we didn't seem to be... read more

Overall it is a fun spot. Neat concept with solid organization. However, certain aspects were of concern. My first two dishes (unlimited amount) I selected chicken. After having a bite I began to fear if the pieces were cooked fully or not. Their texture seemed a bit off. My third dish I skipped the meats. Also, the music playlist was very strange. It ranges from Pearl Jam to Drop it Like it's Hot. There is also error to make a dish you do not like. My first dish I wasn't a fan of (too many spices), second one was better but... read more

They "couldn't find" our reservation so they wouldn't seat us for 20 minutes (so I'm not sure why we even made a reservation). Waiter didn't bring us drinks (water) for another 20 minutes and it was incredibly crowded. Also it was very loud with cheering and yelling for birthdays and other celebrations. The food is delicious and great variety!

The seafood and meats are fresh and cooked rite in front of you on a very cool round grill. The burgers are wonderful and the choice of sauces are great

This is always my favorite when I come to Boston however they falsely advertised the happy hour which was a bit annoying but still a great place the chefs are awesome and always a great time!

Fire and Ice is fun - with lots of choices you can mix together in a bowl and have cooked before you on a large, circular, communal grill. It would never be confused with fine dining, but it has its place in amusing (all you can eat) family or college outing fare. The dessert crepes are actually pretty tasty!

Chose fire and ice after being shut out at a couple of other spots for a small group celebrating a 14 year old's birthday. Good spot for early teens to have some freedom and a little bit of activity while dining. 4 adults with the group got a table on the other side of dining room. Kids had no complaints, since the food is all selected by each diner and then cooked for you. Adults had issues with the following: cocktails 90% ice, stick with beer or wine. Noise level started loud and just got louder. Final issue was that you ... read more

My family of four adults went to Fire and Ice for Mother's Day lunch. We had reservations, but arrived early. They were happy to seat us early. Brett was our server, he was awesome, very attentive! Two of us have allergy needs, and they were VERY accommodating . All and all...a WONDERFUL experience!

Very energetic, fast-paced atmosphere. The food was fresh and there were lots of healthy options and the diner has the ability to choose what goes into the meal. They are careful about food allergies. I would love to return!
