The place was great. A little tight for space but the food was awsome and the staff was extreamly friendly I loved how the cooks interacted with kids
It was a comfortably chaotic atmosphere. It was a place where kids can have a good time and pick their food. I felt that the cooks were very entertaining and were courteous, helpful, and nice. I think the food might have been a bit overcooked, but it is hard to manage all those meals at once. At any rate, it was noisy, but I expected it to be so. I like Fire and Ice and I would go again.
Booked a table for 10 people at 5pm. I received a phone call that morning confirming the reservation. Later that evening, we showed up at about 4:57pm and the table was there waiting for us for 10 people set and ready to go. Nikki, our server, was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the drinks and other entertainment in the city. Tons of food choices and definitely fun for a special occasion or if you are looking to try something different. There can be a bit of a wait at the grill but all the staff is fun and entertaining and that's part of the experience.
I've been to fire and ice Boston a few times before and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is great and the food is pretty good. That being said I didn't have a great experience going at 9pm on a Saturday. It was way too crowded and noisy. Way too many people with barely enough space to move around. The music was loud and even sitting at a table away from the grill made it hard to hear what people at your table were saying. This restaurant/buffet is amazing and there are so many options. They have options even for vegans or vegetarians. The food is amazing, the chefs are enthusiastic and very polite and also very talented. This is a very fun place to dine at!
I went here with my team from work, and while it was a very cool experience & food was good, the service was poor and directions/instructions from Server were lacking. Though we mentioned that we had never been to the restaurant before, we continued to receive no help in going through the process.
The staff were very helpful. The only thing that would've made this a five for food was that there wasn't too many sauces I enjoyed. But then again I'm some times very picky.
If you are looking for a fun time and not your typical restaurant then this is the place. Like a Mongolian barbecue in that you go up and pick what you want cooked and they cook it for you in the center of the restaurant.
