My daughter (11) enjoyed her bday at fire & ice. Its her favorite place to dine out.
The servers and greeters were not super friendly but the chefs were. It was a nice experience, definitely a fun twist on food. Nice selection and variety. However, we had ten people and we were seated with three adjoining tables so a few people had to use the crack between the two connecting tables...not ideal.
The food we had was phenomenal and the people cooking were all fun and very interactive and it was a great time. The only issue I had was it took forever for us to get our drinks. It took atleast 30 minutes for our drinks to show up when we ordered a second round and our server forgot one and it took her another twenty minutes to bring us that one.
It's pretty much a self service place but still great
Overall good experience except for the check-in / seating. I had made a reservation and arrived to have to wait for 10-15 mins to be seated even through only about half the restaurant was full and there were plenty of tables available. The down-stairs up-stairs coordination needs improvement and guest with reservations should be able to be sat immediately when there are plenty of tables open. Once seated, our visit was enjoyable.

Came in for Afternoon drinks and walked around made dinner reservations due to high volume place Saturday night food an staff where AMAZING SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE &LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE! !!!truly enjoyable evening.
We love going to Fire and Ice and like to go every time we go to Boston We go for my husbands birthday every year and often with s group because there is something for everyone!
Love this place! Great selection of food. We visited the grill 3 times! Pace yourself!
