It was our first visit and the staff was great at explaining everything for us. We thought the customer service was excellent and we loved the variety of foods. It was perfect for people with allergies. The Chef's were entertaining and personable. We will return!

Loved Fire and Ice! Cecelia and trainee were excellent waitresses! Meat and seafood were cooked to perfection, but rice and pasta a bit over cooked. Thank you for the birthday candle on Ice cream dessert. Will definitely go back! Fun place for a group party.
We had a great time at Fire & Ice! It was very busy but they handled the crowds well. We hadn't been here in quite some time so our waiter explained to us what may have changed since our last visit. He was very attentive and never rushed us. When it came time for our second round of food, he gave us each a slip so that we could send our food out back to be cooked rather than stand around the grill again. This was very much appreciated. I love the food and the concept behind the dining experience. Its unique and allows one to go into this place and create many meals for themselves without requiring much cooking knowledge. You can make your plate simple or complex (not too complex since there isn't THAT many options) and it will turn out tasting good either way. The largest variety they have is meats. I enjoyed dining at Fire and Ice with friends. The only downfall was the waitress failed to bring back my change after paying for our bills seperately. After confronting her about it she said she gave it in fact she didn't. I was very upset with fire and ice but I love the food. It will be a while before I return.
Fire + Ice is always a place I love going when planning a ight out with big groups. I know the location and vibe of it is perfect for a larger group, compared to other restaurants. I also think the price is great for the amount of food you can get.
we were looking to have a good time on a sunday evening were highly satisfied with the food and experience and had fun together we felt comfortable and well served.
It was under construction. I'm sure it'll be nice when they're done. No bar area, had to wait in stairwell, no bench and we were walking all day. Old decour was hideous... Like a cruise ship arcade from the last decade. Food was good, but I would have felt better if the meat had a cover on it. Waiter was great and chefs seemed to know what they were doing.
