We went with a group and could select every component of our lunch so everyone was able to get a meal that s/he wanted. I've also gone here for dinner and with a group and enjoyed it. Sometimes, the wait is long for the chosen stir-fry to get cooked, but if you have time, it's a good place to hang out.
It's a great restaurant & i highly recommend it! Its fun & highly energetic in a great way!

The food, atmosphere, the service, it was all incredible. I have been to Fire and Ice many times and never cease to be delighted with all of that! I am personally gluten free and vegetarian, and there were still tons of options despite my restrictive diet. You can get burgers and beer, pasta and wine, salad and soup...whatever you feel in the mood for. And you can go back for as many servings as you want! It's good as a date destination, or with a bunch of people. Love this place.
Such a fun night, and on Monday's for college night, it's $10 all you can eat with a college id, which is a great deal! I wouldn't go any other night though, it's about $20 without drinks!
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had an awesome table in an alcove that sat all 7 of us comfortably. The waitress was very helpful in explaining what to do. Would definitely go back.
We had a large group of 10, overall it was ok. I had been before and had high expectations being the first experience was wonderful. This time was not as great. The tables put together for us we unbalanced- which made eating a bit difficult. As well the restaurant felt overwhelmingly hot. It did not feel as though there is air on.
