We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had an awesome table in an alcove that sat all 7 of us comfortably. The waitress was very helpful in explaining what to do. Would definitely go back.

We had a large group of 10, overall it was ok. I had been before and had high expectations being the first experience was wonderful. This time was not as great. The tables put together for us we unbalanced- which made eating a bit difficult. As well the restaurant felt overwhelmingly hot. It did not feel as though there is air on. The food was over all good, though each time at hibachi, it seemed disorganized. Lastly, the music was a good selection, although played way too loud. I could not speak with people on the end of ou... read more

Everything was great! The food was awsome the music and service was lovely!. The only thing I didn't like was the 90% policy for my reservations, I had to tell people to go home or to not come at all because of this it ruined my night and was a bit frustrating to go through this and that I couldn't have dinner with all the people i had made reservations for on my birthday.

A Friday dinner here was fun, but very noisy. Between the the large crowd and the jacked-up music, it was difficult to carry on a conversation. You choose your own everything -meat, veggies, carbs -, put it in a bowl, and it gets thrown on the grill and cooked in front of you. Great variety of ingredients, interesting sauces and spice combos. Really, if you don't like your dinner, you only have yourself to blame. The perfect place for a group of high school/college students looking for good food without breaking the bank. A ... read more

My friends and I have been the Fire + Ice before, and we usually go if we have something to celebrate, a birthday, going away party, etc. We went on 3/7 for a friend's birthday and were really excited for Desert Nachos only to learn that they were no longer on the menu. Our server Mike went above and beyond to get us our Desert Nachos and was absolutely fantastic about it. We were really grateful that he went out of the way to get us a desert that's been off the menu for a few months. We'll be asking for him on our next visi... read more

I met a friend here for lunch, both of us first-timers to Fire and Ice. We had a lovely experience and were delighted with the options and quantity for the price. Our server, however, did not explain to us how it all worked and so we didn't know that salad was included, that their was soup and additional rice, or that we could use more than one bowl. We would have planned our meal much differently had we known.

The food is great since you choose all the ingredients then they cook it for you. If you don't like what you made, you can always try again since it's all-you-can-eat. The staff was great and incredibly friendly. It was a little bit loud for having a conversation, especially on a Tuesday night.

Fire and ice was great for our party of eight and for college night we paid $10 each which was awesome. It was definitely more crowded than I thought probably because it was college night.

We had the best server this time around and i've been here many times. He was completely under control and no signs of stress considering it was college night and it was buzzing with crazy madness. He came around and ask how we were doing several times and refilled water and removed plates as needed. He was all smiles even though it was a mad house. This was the highlight of our trip. We weren't happy that there were no shrimp as part of seafood. Perhaps a result of so many people, the food was cooked a lot longer than neces... read more
