Loved it! We brought a group of 12 in on a Wednesday Night in Boston...and had a BLAST!
The food was good, the atmosphere was good, the music was great, however, the service wasn't very good. Our waitress took long periods in between checking on us until it was time for the bill, and one of the chefs messed up two of our orders, he even skipped one of my friends. FiRE + iCE is a good place to go if you want to spend money on something average. Not the best restaurant, but I would go back.
Love it! So many choices really fit for any type of lifestyle. If you have a small or large group; Fire and Ice would most definitely accomodate every type of eating occasion.
This was my first time ever going there and I had a great time! Food was great and service was great. It is also a really fun atmosphere.
This was the first time my girlfriend and I dined at Fire & Ice. From the moment we walked in to when we paid and left we were treated with the utmost respect. The ambience of the hotel was amazing and everyone was friendly. It was an extremely busy night 4/5/2013 but our waiter was amazing. Absolutely...fabulous. It was VERY loud particularly when we arrived. It was loud because it was BUSY and apparently POPULAR. Service was wonderful and the Food was to die for. EXCELLENT....highly recommend. AND, then there was the experience. I have NEVER been to a restaurant like it and LOVED it. CAn't wait to go back..
Food was great. Service was excellent, waitress was very friendly and gave great suggestions. Atmosphere is a little loud, still able to have a nice conversation at your table. Lighting in most areas is dim, therefore had a hard time reading the menu. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back!
While the food was good, the prices were unreasonably high. They were certainly justifiable based on the quality of food. It was a big and open space, and therefore good for the group I was with but I will not be going back anytime soon. The prices were just too high.
I had never been to the brunch before and have to say that I prefer lunch and dinner. The waitstaff seems more energetic when I have come in the evening. Overall it was okay, but I don't think I will do brunch there again. But it's great for dinner or lunch...
