The service was wonderful and very accommodating. I really felt that out server and other employees went out of their way to make our experience memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely return in the future!
I live in NJ and wanted to visit again after a great experience last year. The food was great and the staff did their best. My only complaint is they were a little over booked. I had an 8:15 reservation and still had to wait. I arrived early and gave the host/hostess my name and went to the bar until they called me. I noticed at around 8:20 - 8:25 that they didn't call me yet so I asked if a seat was available. I believe, I would have sat at the bar longer if I didn't ask. Food was very good. Note to self: do not sit close to the grill.
My server name was Anthony 512 and he was awesome he was great he would make a great manager. We have been here a few times and have never had a server like this. We eat out a lot and this guys was great.
Food was delicious. Cooks were friendly and made us laugh. Server was very attentive and sweet. We had a blast :)

I personally didnt realize how bar-like it would be. There were many tipsy and loud people, especially when waiting to get your food cooked.
Fire & Ice Boston is a great place for a night out with a diverse menu (the all-you-can-eat grill option). Their grill does take everything on it, so if you have food allergies, definitely let the staff know! I have a tomato one, and they have always been very understanding about making my dinner on a separate grill, and letting me know which sauces I should avoid--these are also marked "gluten free" and "vegetarian (vegan?)" for anyone with those constraints. This place offers one of the best values in Boston. It's perfect for large groups - everyone pays the same amount whether they eat nothing but shrimp or have themselves a burger. It's also great for picky eaters - who can choose only what they want and for those that consider themselves amateur chefs - they can go wild with combinations. The staff is super nice and the grill guys are entertaining. Since discovering this place I've visited three times and never regretted it. I'll be sure to be coming back
