Great place to enjoy a fun time out with a group..great food and a fun place to dine.You can even have pictures with the chefs they're really fun! The food is fresh and there are so many choices I don't know how anyone couldn't fine something they like. The sauces for the food are fantastic so may to choose from. Food and ambiance were very good for our group outing.
First time visit, so it was a little overwhelming at first. We made some mistakes in our choices, but were able to correct them and enjoyed our food very much. There is a huge variety. It was fun to watch the food being cooked.
We (napoleon club) decided to get together and meeting at Fire & Ice... we had SO MUCH fun meeting and eating!! VERY Deaf-Friendly!!!
It was good, but I was expecting better. First of all, it was extremely loud...too loud. I also was expecting more, since it had been recommended by a friend. The selection was fairly extensive, but it seemed that it was difficult to put things together that worked. It also seemed quite a bit overpriced for what you get.
Ambience was nice but taste of food was not so great. Be careful when adding spices to your dish. The spices are very strong. Price is great for the amount of food that you get. But I prefer paying a little extra and getting a good taste. On the other side, drinks are great here. We ordered Margarita in a pitch. For $18 you can't get anything better than that. We would definitely go back here for the drinks.

Great place to go to dinner after catching a game with family, or friends.
It was only my second time being in Boston's fire and ice but the food and the staff were really good. Very clean and very nice.
