A lot of great food selections to make any meal to grill that you a taste for. The grill chefs were awesome and our waiter was down to earth and helpful.
I made a reservation for dinner for a Birthday. I noted on the online reservations of this special occasion, When we got there, not 1 thing was ever mentioned, I even told the server and she brushed it off like it was nothing. I know it was dinner service and it was on a Sunday.... but we had to hunt our server down to get drinks. Would I go to the Fire and Ice in Boston again? Probably not.... Oh well, you live and learn..... Guess I expected more....
Not sure I would return. We arrived on time for our reservation and had to wait 15 minutes for them to 'find' a table. It is not a place for reservations in the traditional sense given the setup. There were many people that seemed to be enjoying themselves but it was not our cup of tea so to speak. Very loud and chaotic. Staff was very helpful but not our idea of dining out.
I enjoyed the time I spent at Fire+Ice. It was my first time eating there and I had a very good experience. The server was amazing , the food was amazing and I appreciated the fact that the chef got people to sing happy birthday to me that was the best and the ice cream was very goood. Thank you for letting me get a taste of the food and a taste of what you do when it's someone's birthday.
We like to celebrate birthdays at Fire and Ice. Sign up with them and you get a free birthday meal. Food choices available for everyone. Vegetarians welcome and respected. Everyone in our family enjoys this restaurant.
I try to get here each time I'm in Boston, and this is the first time I've done reservations with Open Table. The food was great and we will definitely be going back next time!
My friends and I hit Fire and Ice before the Justin Timberlake concert and we had a blast. The food was great and we really enjoyed the big margarita bowl.
I went for my Birthday party with 10 guys. Awesome atmosphere was great, the food unbelievable, energy was rocking. Would go back again!
Love this place. Any occasion that my friends and I celebrate we always go to Fire & Ice. Its a great place and has awesome food.
