I have been going to Fire + Ice for several years to celebrate family birthdays and other events and have always enjoyed the experience. But on this occasion it was disappointing to find out that they now have a policy that all of your party has to be there before they will seat you and will only hold your reservation for 15 minutes after the reservation time. Went with family for birthday dinner. Chefs pulled birthday girl into cooking area and let her stir up the food and then sang "happy birthday". Very nice touch. Diverse variety of food, something for everyone. Having the ability to choose exactly what you want on your plate and what flavorings you prefer is great experience. The food selection was great! The service at the grill was friendly and energetic. The only downfall of the evening was the time we waited to be greeted by our waitress. We were seated in a small alcove of the restaurant and were nit niticed for 12 minutes. Either the waitress didn't see us or no one informed her they sat her table. after that her service was very good although at times tough to find for another drink.
Good mongolian BBQ experience as usual, my drink was well made too.
This was my second experience at Fire + Ice. Both times it was with a large group. The food is great - however I missed the scallops this time - and the service is great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
It was my first experience at Fire & Ice, I will definitely go back. The food was excellent, and the service was great. I loved the choices and all the varieties of food. I was a little hesitant at first with mixing the raw meat with the vegetables, so i kept them seperate, but after watching the cooks at the grille, and tasting my food it was absolutely delicious.. I only wish I could have tried more combinations, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Next time I will pace myself. LOL
On the website it said dress casual, so I taugh this would be a nice restaurant to bring my girlfriend; when we arrive there we were over dressed because every one was in cargo and tees. Fire + Ice to me is like a "bring your buddies restaurant". The waiter Emily was very nice and attentive.The restaurant is good it has an energetic enviroment, with cool music. Is a good place to eat and catch up with friends.
