Great Prices. As much as you want to eat. Fresh veggie's,seafood, meat, rice & noodles Cooked on a huge grill. Worth the trip. If you park at St. James Parking Garage (on the left before the resturaunt Fire & Ice will Valadate your parking.) We will be back.

The restaurant was extremely crowded and even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The kids enjoyed the experience. The food was just average.

First time at Fire & Ice and had an amazing evening with family. The food was great and so much to choose from. Our waiter took the time to tell us newbies how everything worked an even thought it was a busy Saturday night the entire staff was very attentive. We will absolutely go back again and again.

Great place to come with friends. Mondays are college nights and its only $10 with a student id. Overall great food and lots of fun. The cooks working the grill are always having fun and chatting it up with customers.

This is a great place to go with a group, particularly with kids. Kids love standing at the big open grill and watching them cook the food. The food is also fairly healthy. The service, however, was really slow. It took the waitress an eternity to come to the table when we were done eating to take the dessert order, she never cleared the dinner plates before serving dessert (she seemed shocked when I asked her to do this), and it took forever to get the check at the end of the meal.

Other than the fact that Fire + Ice doesn't understand what a reservation is this was a great place to go with the family. Service was good, food excellent and actually pretty cheap. The reservation thing was the only down side. We arrived on-time and when I arrived at the front desk and was quickly informed there was a 30 minute wait, when I informed the hostess that we had a reservation, they said oh ok. Then we still proceeded to wait close to 30 minutes to be seated
