Service was terrible (we got unlucky with a grumpy waitress)but the food was very good. overall, I would go back but insist on a different waitress.
Dining with a show, entertainment at the grill. Great for birthdays, bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Evenings have loud atmosphere, but the food is worth the bustling.
The food was very good. The cooks were very energetic and fun! If you're lookin for a good fun and great fun then this is the place to go! The drinks are a little pricey and and the wait staff was a tad slow. However, they have managers spread throughout ready to help at any moment! The place is always packed on weekends and usually very busy so I would recommend making a reservation.
Fire & Ice is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long while. I enjoyed every minute of it, and I am glad I got to share my birthday with them. The employees are down to earth, and love interacting with the customers. They have fabulous food choices, and I cannot wait to return again soon.

This was our first time for most of our party dining at Fire and Ice. The food selection and taste were great. The wait staff wasn't very friendly but that didn't affect our food service, as it was serve yourself. We did wait a long time for drink refills and our check (which came out wrong and had to be sent back).
Food was good. Cooks were great as usual. Waitress was ok.
This was our first time at Fire + Ice. The only negative comment I have is that we had to wait on drinks (particularly refills) for a while and the food makes you quite thirsty. Our server was not around much or maybe just too busy as it was a Friday night--not sure. Otherwise, the chefs were very polite, and overall it was an enjoyable experience.
This is a fun "activity date", because it breaks the standard protocal of most restaurant-going experience. They had a fairly wide selection of things to stir-fry, but I do wish they had a few more obscure items. Great, friendly service! A great place to catch up with a friend or go on a first date!
