Fun restaraunt. Great energy from the cooks at the grill
Overall, I was disappointed. Our waiter was inattentive once we received our beverages and the music was much too loud. The manager seemed to be wandering from table to table, although my daughter and I sat in the middle of the room, we were passed by. I do not drink alcohol and it was just the two of us, so I felt as though there was not enough incentive (read - my bill was modest) for the kind of service larger parties and drinking parties were receiving. Monday night is college night. get $7 off with a college ID. Pretty good place to go with friends. huge grill where you can bring food and the chefs will cook it.. awesome scenery
We love going here. We've been a few times, but we recently went for my husband's birthday and was kind of discouraged about the food.It seemed to be burnt tasting.
fun time every time we come here celebrated son's 16th birthday with a party of 24 people...everyone had a great time, loved the food, loved the atmosphere and can't wait to go back!
Great food options and a lot of variety! Great for big groups and for people with a wide range of tastes that they like. The cooks were funny as well.
We went for lunch and it was our first time. Lunch was great, food good, not exactly high end food, but fun atmosphere and concept. There was no wait and service was fantastic. Drinks good, too!
Fire + Ice is always lots of fun. It is a great place for a group or with kids. This time we went for brunch which was a lot of fun.
Waitress was great! Food was great! I made reservations about a week prior, and they accommodated 10 people without any problem. My only criticisms would be that it was very loud there, and that sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Fire & Ice is a great experience where you get your ingredients and their chefs cook them, which means that sometimes you will get cut in line and you'll have to stand for a long time without getting to eat.
