We went for lunch and it was our first time. Lunch was great, food good, not exactly high end food, but fun atmosphere and concept. There was no wait and service was fantastic. Drinks good, too!

Fire + Ice is always lots of fun. It is a great place for a group or with kids. This time we went for brunch which was a lot of fun.

Waitress was great! Food was great! I made reservations about a week prior, and they accommodated 10 people without any problem. My only criticisms would be that it was very loud there, and that sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Fire & Ice is a great experience where you get your ingredients and their chefs cook them, which means that sometimes you will get cut in line and you'll have to stand for a long time without getting to eat. All in all, if you're looking to get something to eat quickly, this is not the pla... read more

Extremely busy on a Friday night. Good, fresh food options. I would suggest they employ someone to manage the grilling station, as people seemed confused as to where the line started/ended. A restaurant primarily made for teenage or college group dining, so I recommend it for those purposes alone.

Had a great time when I went with my girls for a night out. Chefs are really crowd-friendly, food is great, at a decent price. Just a tad greasy. Easily-accessible by the train as well. MUST GO AGAIN! and ten dollars on mondays for college students, just bring your id card.

First time at Fire & Ice, I thought it was a great family place to go. Kids as well as adults got to participate. Cooks made a great effort to keep customers interested as they cooked their meals. Good participation of customers as well as staff for birthday celebrations.

The experience was great! I came for my 16th birthday with some friends and it was definitely a great idea! We had so much fun. The food was AMAZING and the chefs were really nice and fun to watch. The service was also great. I would definitely come back!

Food selection could be broader. Buckets of food were empty and were not filled fast enough. May need more space for customers to get around other diners. However, all in all I and my group really enjoyed the food, waitress, and cooks. We are definitely returning.
